Like Cocker Spaniels ONLY BETTER!!! Mildred(Bassethound X Cocker Spaniel)and George (pedigree Cocker Spaniel)had a gorgeous litter of 8 pups on 3rd March. We now have 1 black little girl with white chest left. Black & white pups (blue roan on white bits) same as cocker spaniels but with a slightly smoother less unruly coat, the black pups have shorter stubbier legs and slightly longer bodies (they will have fluffy cocker spaniel ears too though) They are all feeding well and will be vet checked once their eyes open in approx 10 days time, pups will require new homes towards the end of April by which time they will have had their 1st vaccination, be flea / wormed to date and be fully weaned off Mildred (you would need to arrange 10wk vaccination although our own vet will do this for you at a discounted rate of £16.75) George and Mildred are our family pets & are pretty much like real life cuddly toys. George is age 5 and is soft as muck, my husband prefers his coat to be left long and fluffy, Mildred age 2 1/2 looks more Basset Hound than Cocker and has a jet black glossy coat. She is very placid – the only fault being she has quite a greedy appetite (unlike George). My son is 4yrs old and both dogs are excellent with him and participate in hiding in his play tent with him and tea parties etc. Pups would suit family environment or couple who can spoil them. Secure garden essential, cocker spaniels have tendency to wonder so take extra care on walks if letting off the lead. Playful dogs, though more laid back than a Cocker due to the Basset in them. All pups will come with tails! Vet fees wise, annual booster injections cost around £29, George & Mildred have never had any illnesses, but obviously worth you considering pet insurance.
