All pictures and text on your pages must be relevant to your service/company/yourself and you must own the copyright.
The litter register is provided to list details of litters you have bred. You are not allowed to add details of friend's litters or litters your stud dog may have sired.
In order to assist in keeping the information on the litter register current, please amend your ads in a timely manner.
You may only list stud dogs you own.

Infringement of any of the terms and conditions listed on this page may result in your records being amended or your membership being cancelled. In such a case no refund of any nature may be claimed from Epupz.
All Advertisements, messages and or any information supplied to Epupz must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation. When deemed necessary all advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to Epupz may be edited and classified at the publisher's discretion. All material contained in Epupz is published in good faith, but it is emphasised that Epupz do not in any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to Epupz published whether online or off-line (nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such advertisement, messages and or any information supplied to Epupz) and that Epupz specifically disclaim all and any liability to advertisers, readers and users of any kind of any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of Epupz or their servants or agents, or any other person. Placing wanted advert or stud adverts in the puppy register is not permitted and will lead to the member being removed and blacklisted from Epupz.

‡ Advertising litters on Epupz is free though a £1 fee is required for your first advert. This is to help protect against fraud and the welfare of the animals advertised on the site.
